The PXP Support team noticed intermittent transactions in InitiateRequestProviderCommunicationErrorOccurred State between 16/04/2021 18:50:47 UTC to 16/04/2021 19:28:01 UTC.This is on the provider side. Transactions were getting timedout while attempting to reach their server. The approval rate is back to normal. PXP is operating normally. We will continue to monitor for stability.
